Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 30 March 2026, 28 April 2026, 29 April 2026 and 21 May 2026 in relation to the Capital Reduction ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as previously defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, CIMB wishes to announce that Bumi Armada had, on 14 October 2026, received the notice issued by the Registrar of Companies ("Notice") confirming the reduction of share capital. Pursuant to Section 119(4) of the Act, the Notice shall be conclusive evidence that all the requirements of the Act with respect to the reduction of share capital have been complied with. Accordingly, the Capital Reduction is effective and shall be deemed completed as at 14 October 2026.

Following the completion of the Capital Reduction, the issued share capital of the Company as at 14 October 2026 is RM2,388,663,934.79 comprising 5,927,980,644 Shares.
