We wish to announce that LHI-C35 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 14 October 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.

= Number of LHI-C35 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of LHI-C35 x (RM0.7345 - RM0.8000) x (1/1.5)
= Number of LHI-C35 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 0.7345 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the LHI Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and LHI-C35 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of LHI-C35 shall terminate absolutely.
