= Number of CIMB-C2L x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)

= Number of CIMB-C2L x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 7.3250 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the CIMB Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and CIMB-C2L shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of CIMB-C2L shall terminate absolutely.
