The Board of Directors of Pantech Global wishes to announce that Pantech Steel Industries Sdn. Bhd. ("PSI"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 13 October 2026 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Veltrix Land Sdn. Bhd. (Formerly known as Aconnex Sdn. Bhd.) ("the Purchaser") for the disposal of the parcel of freehold land previously acquired by PSI on 23 December 2024 ("the Original Land" or "the Property") for a total consideration of RM31,731,000.00 ("Disposal Consideration").
