Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 23 July 2026 and 4 September 2026 in relation to the filing of a suit against 51G Development Sdn. Bhd. (Defendant), vide the Shah Alam High Court Civil Suit No.: BA-22NCC-114-07/2026 (Suit 114).

During the Case Management which took place on 13 October 2026, the Court directed as follows:

(a) Parties are to file the Pre-Trial documents on/before 10 December 2026; and

(b) A further physical Case Management is fixed on 10 December 2026 for parties to update on the filing of the Pre-Trial documents.

Further announcements will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
