(Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the announcement dated 18 June 2026 in relation to the Proposals shall apply herein). 

 

We refer to the announcements dated 18 June 2026, 23 June 2026, 29 June 2026, 14 September 2026, 28 September 2026 and 2 October 2026 in relation to the Proposals. 

 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of PUC, Berjaya Securities wishes to announce that all the conditions precedent set out in the SSA have been fulfilled. Accordingly, the SSA has become unconditional in accordance with its terms and conditions on 13 October 2026. Further, the Proposed Acquisition is deemed completed pursuant to the terms and conditions of the SSA today.
