We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders dated 19 June 2026 in relation to the Capital Reduction ("Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the sealed court order of the High Court of Malaya confirming the Capital Reduction has been obtained and lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 2 October 2026 pursuant to Section 116 of the Act. Subsequently, the lodgement of the court order has been approved on 12 October 2026. Pursuant thereto, the Capital Reduction shall therefore take effect and be deemed completed on 12 October 2026.
