Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 14 September 2026 in relation to the Proposed Change of Name of the Company. 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 October 2026 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 dated 9 October 2026 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. 

Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "REVENUE GROUP BERHAD" to "REVENUE IF BERHAD" with effect from 9 October 2026.
