The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Dex-lab Pte Ltd ("Dex-lab"), has today entered into a Sales Agreement with Chongqing Yu Hai Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd ("CQYH"), a company based in Chongqing, China, for the sale and deployment of Dex-lab's humanoid robots.

The Agreement provides for an aggregate sales commitment of S$5.0 million (approximately RM16.1 million) to CQYH during the contractual period up to 31 August 2029, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.  The Agreement is expected to support Dex-lab's expansion into the China market and contribute positively to the future revenue of the Group.

The Agreement is not expected to have any immediate material effect on the share capital or substantial shareholders' shareholdings of the Company.  The Agreement is also not expected to have any material effect on the net assets or earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year. The financial impact will be recognised progressively as the relevant sales are fulfilled in accordance with the applicable accounting standards.

None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of NMSC or persons connected to the said directors and/or substantial shareholders have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Sales Agreement.
