The Board of Directors of EPMB together with its wholly-owned subsidiary Fundwin Sdn Bhd ("Fundwin") is pleased to announce that Fundwin has on 9 October 2026 entered into a joint venture agreement with Hebei Shichang Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. ("Shichang") for the establishment of a joint venture company in Malaysia for the research and development, design, manufacture, assembly, supply, distribution, import and export of automotive fuel tanks, fuel system components and other related automotive products including OEM and aftermarket supply activities.

Shichang to undertake the Business via a newly incorporated joint venture company under the name EP Shichang Automotive Systems Sdn. Bhd.

Shichang a company incorporated in the People's Republic of China and listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange with its registered address No. 5, Dingxiang Road, Langfang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hebei Province, China

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or person connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect in this Joint Venture.
