PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN THE COMPANY REPRESENTING UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF CRITICAL ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

We refer to the Announcements. 

 

On behalf of the Board, MBSB IB wishes to announce that the Private Placement has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 37,173,900 Placement Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities today. Based on the issue price of RM2.20 per Placement Share, a total gross proceeds of approximately RM81.78 million were raised from the Private Placement.
