We refer to the announcement dated 21 August 2026 ("Requisite Announcement") and 4 September 2026 in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the Company proposes to vary the Proposed Private Placement such that:

(i) the total number of Placement Shares will increase from 275,000,000 Placement Shares to 299,000,000 Placement Shares; and

(ii) the Placement Issue Price will increase from RM0.08 per Placement Share to RM0.10 per Placement Share.

(collectively to be referred to as the "Proposed Variations")

Further details of the Proposed Variations are set out in the attachment.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Proposed Capital Reduction and Proposed Reorganisation as set out in the Requisite Announcement shall remain unchanged.
