Reference is made to the Company's first announcement dated 9 October 2023, in relation to the memorandum of understanding dated 8 October 2023 entered into between the Company and UOC Sdn. Bhd. ("MOU"), and its subsequent status updates, with the latest being 27 July 2026.

Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements.

The Board wishes to announce that the MOU has expired with effect from 8 October 2026 in accordance with its terms, and no renewal or extension of the MOU has been pursued by either Party.

There is no material operational or financial impact on the Group for the financial year ending 28 February 2027 expected to arise from the expiry of the MOU.
