The Board of Directors of Haily Group Berhad ("Haily" or the "Company") ("Board") wishes to announce that Haily Capital Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202201031814 (1477511-T)) ("HCapSB" or "Purchaser"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Haily, had on 8 October 2026 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Mr Kee Chin See ("Vendor") for the acquisition of all that piece of freehold agriculture land held under Geran 32835 Lot 23025, Mukim of Pulai, District of Johor Bahru, State of Johor measuring approximately 1.6415 hectare ("Subject Property") for a total purchase price of RM6,450,000.00 ("Purchase Price") subject to the terms and conditions set out in the SPA (the "Acquisition").
