The Parties appeared before the YA Judge for case management (CM) on 7 October 2026 for the above matter.

 

During the CM, the Court was informed that the stay application in PW279 had been dismissed on 1 October 2026. In view of the dismissal, the Court directed that SGB is not entitled to file any documents or participate in the hearing of Enclosure 1.

 

The Liquidator of SGB informed the Court that an additional report would be filed, and the Court directed that the said report be filed by 6 November 2026. Any party intending to file submissions in response to the additional report is required to seek the Court's permission and provide reasons for doing so.

 

The hearing of Enclosure 1 remains fixed on 9 December 2026 at 10.00 a.m.
