Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 17 September 2025, 28 October 2025, 6 November 2025, 25 November 2025, 13 April 2026 and 5 May 2026.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 7 October 2026 ("Price-fixing Date") fixed the issue price of the Private Placement at RM0.27 per Placement Share ("Issue Price").

 

The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 9.70% to the 5-day VWAP of Cape Shares up to and including 6 October 2026 of RM0.2990, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
