Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 31 July 2026 and 5 August 2026 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 7 October 2026 ("Price-fixing Date") fixed the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.40 per Placement Share ("Issue Price").

The Issue Price represents a premium of 89.84% to the 5-day VWAP of Turiya Shares up to and including 6 October 2026 of RM0.2107, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
