Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 24 July 2026 in relation to the litigation matters involving the Company and QSE (the "Previous Announcement").

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the following subsequent developments in relation to litigation matters.

On 5 October 2026, following the filing of the appeals with the Court of Appeal, a case management was held before the Court of Appeal. During the case management, the Solicitors for TXCD requested that both appeals be heard together, and the Court of Appeal allowed the request.

Accordingly, the Court of Appeal issued the following directions in respect of both appeals:

a) the Special Bundle and Core Bundle are to be filed on or before 23 July 2027;

b) the parties are to file their respective Written Submissions on or before 23 July 2027; and

c) the parties are to file their respective Reply Submissions on or before 9 August 2027.

The next case management has been fixed on 10 August 2027 to monitor compliance with the above filing directions.

The hearing of the appeals has been fixed on 24 August 2027, being the earliest available date for the Court of Appeal.

Further announcements will be made as and when there are material developments in relation to the above matters.
