Reference is made to the announcements made by the Company on 22 August 2023 and 13 December 2024. The Board of DutaLand wishes to announce that Sea Resorts Development Sdn Bhd ("SRDSB" or "Lender"), a wholly-owned moneylending subsidiary of DutaLand, had on 7 October 2026 entered into two (2) supplemental agreements ("Supplemental Agreements") with Olympia Industries Berhad ("OIB") to extend the tenure of the Loan Facilities granted to OIB ("Renewal of Loan Facilities"). Please refer to the attachment for further details. This announcement is dated 7 October 2026.
