The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Transfer.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 24 March 2026, 3 April 2026, 2 October 2026 and 5 October 2026 in relation to the Proposed Transfer.
