We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the GAMUDA Shares.

GAMUDA-C5F is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 November 2025 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. GAMUDA-C5F is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 8 December 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 25 February 2026, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 21 August 2026 and the Term Sheet dated 7 October 2026.

GAMUDA-C5F is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of GAMUDA-C5F is set out in the attachment.
