We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 50,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of HIBISCS by way of market making.

The HIBISCS-C1F is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The HIBISCS-C1F is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 8 October 2025. The HIBISCS-C1F is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 17 October 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 14 November 2025, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 22 January 2026, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 18 March 2026, the Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 May 2026 and the Fifth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 7 July 2026.
