Please be informed that today, 1 October 2026, was fixed for the hearing of the Applicants' application for an ad interim stay of the Winding Up Order dated 28 May 2025 before Yang Arif Judge Puan Ku Hayati binti Ku Haron.

 

After hearing the parties, the YA Judge dismissed the said application with costs.

 

In view of the above, the Applicants are in the process of appealing the said decision. The Company will provide further updates on the progress of the matter accordingly.
