For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcements unless otherwise defined herein.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that during the case management held on 30 September 2026, the Court provided the following directions:
The Plaintiff and the Defendant are directed to file the following documents on/before 14 December 2026:
- Bundle of Pleadings;
- Chronology of Events;
- Agreed Facts; and
- Disputed Facts and Basis of Dispute.
- The next case management has been fixed on 15 December 2026 at 9.00 a.m. via Zoom.
The Company will make the necessary announcements on any material development relating to the above matter.
