Puan Zubaidah binti Hamzah is a Certified Tax Agent with more than 30 years of experience in taxation, tax compliance, tax investigation, tax advisory, management and leadership. She is currently the Technical Director of Viable Tax Consultants Sdn. Bhd., a position she has held since October 2024.

Prior to joining Viable Tax Consultants Sdn. Bhd., she served with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia from January 1991 to May 2023, where she held various senior positions including State Director (Negeri Sembilan & Malacca), Branch Director (Investigation), Section Director, Deputy Director (Investigation), Principal Assistant Director and Assistant Director.

Her experience encompasses taxation, tax planning, tax preparation and review, tax advisory, regulatory compliance and tax investigation, as well as strategic planning, leadership, team management, talent development and organisational performance.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from York University, Toronto, Canada, obtained in May 1986.

She does not have any family relationship with any Director or substantial shareholder of the Company, nor does she have any conflict of interest with the Group. She has not been convicted of any offences within the past five (5) years and has not been subject to any public sanction or penalty imposed by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year.
