As the Closing Price is lower than SIME-C1O's Exercise Price of RM2.50, holders of SIME-C1O will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised SIME-C1O will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of SIME-C1O shall terminate absolutely.
