RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The Board of Directors of EP Manufacturing Berhad ("EPMB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that Encik Ahmad Razlan Mohamed has tendered his resignation as Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company, with effect from 30 September 2026, in order to pursue other professional opportunities.
The Board wishes to place on record its appreciation to Encik Ahmad Razlan Mohamed for his contributions and leadership during his tenure with the Group.
Following his resignation, Encik Ahmad Razlan Mohamed may, where reasonably required, assist the Company in relation to the handover and clarification of matters arising from his previous tenure, to facilitate continuity and an orderly transition. Such assistance shall not constitute his continued appointment as an executive officer of the Company.
