1.         INTRODUCTION

Malton had on 23 June 2026, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Ricloud AI Inc (Ricloud) (MOU) to jointly promote Ricloud's services in Malaysia before expanding to the neighbouring Southeast Asian regions by leveraging on Ricloud's NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) status and Artifical Intelligence (AI) expertise in establishing AI Compute Centres.  An AI Compute Centre is a specialised data centre facility engineered to support the demanding computational needs of AI workloads, such as training large machine learning models and running real-time inference.

Ricloud is an AI cloud infrastructure provider based in the United States of America that provides secure, sovereign and scalable cloud infrastructure to AI industry leaders, hyperscalers and government entities. Ricloud is an official NCP that is certified in the areas of NVIDIA Enterprise Software, Networking and Compute and has access to advanced NVIDIA technologies, including GPU-accelerated clusters, high-performance interconnects and NVIDIA AI Enterprise Software.

2.         STATUS

Since the date of the MOU, there has not been any material development on the MOU.
