Further to the Company's announcement made on 24 September 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to further clarify on the following: -
The breakdown of the total capital and investment outlay in the collaboration with H3 Dynamics ("Collaboration").
The total capital and investment outlay in relation to the collaboration with H3 Dynamics has not been finalised at the date of the announcement. The Company shall determine the applicable capital and investment required upon the completion of the detailed scope and deliverables with H3 Dynamics, these agreed terms shall be disclosed in a detailed Commercial Agreement to be mutually agreed later.
The terms of cost and profit sharing and the estimated total cost of the Collaboration.
The terms relating to cost and profit sharing, as well as the estimated total cost of the Collaboration, shall be determined and mutually agreed between the parties at later stage. These terms shall be finalised upon the conclusion of a Commercial Agreement.
Sources of funds to PJBumi/PJBumiTech pursuant to the Agreement and the breakdown thereof.
PJBumi/PJBumiTech shall use internally generated fund without any external source of financing to implement the Commercial Agreement.
