Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 2 September 2026 ("Earlier Announcement") in relation to the Winding-Up Petition served by Messrs. Elison Wong (suing as a firm) against the Company. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Earlier Announcement.

 

The Board of Directors of Ho Hup wishes to announce that the Company had been notified by its solicitors on 29 September 2026 that the High Court has fixed the matter for further case management on 13 October 2026 to update the High Court on the status of the Company's restraining order application.
