Further to the Company's announcements dated 18 December 2020 and 23 December 2022 in connection with the Members' Voluntary Winding-Up of Lotte Chemical Titan International Limited ("LCTIL"), its indirect subsidiary, LCT wishes to announce that the Liquidator of LCTIL had on 28 September 2026 convened the final meeting to conclude the Members' Voluntary Winding-Up of LCTIL.  

The Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting of LCTIL was lodged with the Labuan Financial Services Authority ("LFSA") and the Official Receiver on 29 September 2026 ("Lodgement Date"), and on the expiration of three (3) months after the Lodgement Date, LCTIL will be dissolved pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016.
