Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Feytech wishes to announce that FT Assembly Sdn. Bhd. ("FT Assembly"), a subsidiary of the Company, has in the ordinary course of business entered into an Assembly Agreement dated 28 September 2026, a recurrent related party transaction of a revenue or trading nature ("RRPT") with Evolvelectric Motors Sdn. Bhd. ("Evolvelectric Motors").  Evolvelectric Motors is a company related to Mr. Go Yoong Chang, the substantial shareholder of Feytech, who is also the major shareholder of Evolvelectric Motors. The estimated aggregate value of the RRPT amounts to RM 1 million or more, or exceed 1% of the relevant percentage ratio, whichever is higher, for the period from 31 December 2025 up to 28 September 2026, being the latest practicable date (hereinafter referred to as "LPD").
