Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 20 July 2026 in relation to winding up petition served on PCI by Summit Leap Sdn Bhd ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

 

The Company wishes to announce that the hearing of the winding-up petition which was fixed for 21 September 2026 has been adjourned to 28 October 2026.
