The Company wishes to provide the following update regarding the Legal Suit:
Vacation of Mediation Date
The previous mediation fixed for 27 August 2026 was vacated, and the parties are in the process of fixing a further mediation date.
Case management held on 21 September 2026
At the case management held on 21 September 2026, the Court was updated on the following matters:
(i) The vacation of the previous mediation date and the parties' intention to fix a further mediation date;
(ii) The change of MSM Johor's solicitors, whereby MSM Johor is now represented by Messrs James Monteiro; and
(iii) Directions relating to the preparation and filing of pre-trial documentation.
The Court has fixed the next case management on 23 October 2026 for parties to update the Court on the status of mediation and pre-trial documentation.
Further developments on the Legal Suit will be announced in due course.
