We wish to announce that Sunway GD Piling Sdn Bhd ("SGDP"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway, has on 21 September 2026, submitted its application to the Companies Commission of Malaysia for striking off pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016 ("Proposed Striking Off").

SGDP is a dormant company incorporated on 31 May 2005, with issued and paid-up share capital of RM100.00 comprising 100 ordinary shares. The Proposed Striking Off will have no material financial effect on Sunway.

None of the Directors, major shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them have any direct or indirect interest in the Proposed Striking Off.
