The Board of Directors of Vsolar has approved a change in the Company's financial year end from 30 September to 31 March (Change). This Change is necessitated by the recent resignation of the Company's auditors. In light of this, additional time is required for the Company to engage a new External Auditor. Following the Change, the first set of financial statements will cover an 18-months period from 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2027.
