The Board of Directors of JTGB wishes to announce that Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 200301020328 (622748-W)) ("JTHSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 18 September 2026 accepted a Letter of Award ("LOA") issued by a customer ("Employer") to perform contract works as main contractor for a contract namely "DESIGN, SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF 275KV PMU MEGASTEEL CABLE CONNECTION TO CONSUMER LANDING STATION NO.1 FOR DATA CENTRE AT BANTING TECH PARK (BTP), BANTING, SELANGOR DARUL EHSAN, MALAYSIA" ("Contract") ("Works"). for a contract sum of RM72,839,150.60 (Ringgit Malaysia Seventy Two Million Eight Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand One Hundred Fifty and Sen Sixty Only) ("Contract Sum") inclusive of Sales and Service Tax.
