Reference is made to the announcements made by the Company on 20 August 2026, 24 August 2026 and 7 August 2026 ("Announcements") in relation to the civil suit commenced by the Company and its subsidiaries, Enersol Co Ltd and Pestech Sdn Bhd  at the Kuala Lumpur High Court vide Civil Suit No. WA-22ICA-27-08/2026 ("Civil Suit") against amongst others, Shandong Power Equipment Co Ltd ("SPECO"), Shandong Electrical Engineering & Equipment Group Co ("SDEE") and certain former members of the Company's management. Unless otherwise defined, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") wishes to inform that following to the granting of the Ex Parte Injunction on 2 September 2026, the Court has further granted an Ad Interim Injunction on the same terms as the Ex Parte Injunction, inter alia, as follows:-

i)         an ad interim injunction restraining SPECO, whether by itself and/or its employees and/or agents and/or representatives or otherwise, from enforcing, executing, demanding or taking any steps or action to enforce the undated Corporate Guarantee until 9 October 2026 (inter partes hearing) or until further order of the Court;

ii)        parties are at liberty to make any application they deem necessary; and

iii)       the inter partes hearing of the application is fixed on 9 October 2026.

In light of the granting of the Ad Interim Injunction, the Company will take such further steps as may be necessary to protect its rights and interests in relation to the Winding Up Petition filed by SPECO.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any material developments in relation to the above matter.
