| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Chin Kwai Fatt has more than thirty (30) years of experience in leadership roles and consulting services and had been involved in a broad range of business advisory services and strategic Information Technology services to clients across diverse industry sectors. He has held various leadership roles within PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PwC") and the PwC Network, including as the Managing Partner for PwC Malaysia for twelve (12) years. Prior to that, he was the Managing Consulting Services Leader. He was the Territory Senior Partner for PwC Southeast Asia Peninsula ("SEAPEN") and SEAPEN representative in the PwC East Cluster Leadership Team. He was also a Senior Adviser to Creador Sdn Bhd.
