The Board of Directors of CPE Technology Berhad ("CPE" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company new subsidiary, Kita Champion Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 202601036527 (1698622-M)] ("KCSB") has been incorporated on 9 September 2026. 

With reference to the Company's announcement dated 14 July 2026 and 16 July 2026, Clause 3.2 stated that the Board of Directors of the KCSB shall comprise not more than three (3) directors, of whom two (2) shall be nominated by CPE and one (1) shall be nominated by Kanekita Corporation Limited ("Kanekita").

Subsequent thereto, CPE and Kanekita have mutually agreed to revise the composition of the Board of Directors of KCSB, which shall comprise of four (4) directors.
