The Board of Directors of Censof wishes to announce that Century Software (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199701030091 (445590-U)] ("Century Software"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 7 September 2026 received Letter of Appointment from Microsoft Regional Sales Pte. Ltd. ("Microsoft") to appoint Century Software as the reseller for Microsoft's full suite of cloud, productivity and security solutions to customers within Malaysia.
