We refer to the previous announcements and the explanatory statement/circular to shareholders dated 2 March 2026 in relation to the Internal Reorganisation ("Explanatory Statement/Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Explanatory Statement/Circular shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Depository has vide its letter dated 7 September 2026, confirmed that all the Arvex Shares are ready and will be credited to the central depository system (CDS) accounts of the Entitled Shareholders on 9 September 2026. The notices of allotment will be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders on 8 September 2026.

Arvex will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Securities in place of KHJ and the listing of and quotation for Arvex's entire issued share capital comprising 380,000,002 Arvex Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities will commence at 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 11 September 2026, on a "Ready" basis pursuant to the Listing Requirements. The Arvex Shares will be listed on the "Consumer Products & Services" sector of the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.

The stock short name, stock code and ISIN code of Arvex Shares are "ARVEX", "0210" and "MYQ0210OO003", respectively.

Kindly be advised that Arvex Shares are prescribed securities, and as such all dealings in the aforesaid securities shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Industry (Central Depositories) Act 1991 and the Rules of Bursa Depository.
