Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the ESOS.

Reference is made to the approval obtained from the shareholders of WCE for the ESOS at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 24 August 2026 ("EGM").

On behalf of the Board of Directors of WCE, UOBKH wishes to announce that the effective date for the implementation of the ESOS is 4 September 2026, being the date on which the Company is in full compliance with Paragraph 6.43(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
