The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that TXB (the "Vendor") had on 3 September 2026  entered into a conditional share sale agreement ("SSA") with Tess Global Sdn Bhd ("Tess Global" or the "Purchaser") (the Vendor and Purchaser collectively known as the "Party" or the "Parties") for the disposal of 100,000 ordinary shares in HK Aerospace Beidou New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ("HKAB") ("Sale Shares"), representing its entire 50% equity interest in HKAB to Tess Global for a total cash consideration of RM45.00 million, subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the SSA.
