Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 3 September 2026 issued by Evocom Berhad.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 3 September 2026 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 14 September 2026.

In the event there is any change to the indicative timetable above, we will advertise a notice of the changes in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspaper within Malaysia and make the relevant announcement through the website of Bursa Securities.
