References are made to the Company's announcements on 13 April 2026 ("First Announcement") and subsequent announcements on 15 April 2026, 18 May 2026, 19 May 2026, 3 June 2026, 1 July 2026 and 3 August 2026 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to Rule 8.03A(2)(b) of the ACE LR. Unless otherwise defined, the terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the First Announcement.

The Board of Directors of SMTrack wishes to inform that the Company is still in the midst of formulating its regularisation plan to address its affected listed issuer status.

The Company has approximately 7 months to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval and will make further announcements in relation to any latest development on this matter from time to time.
