Final preferential dividend to the RPS holders as detailed in the Information Memorandum in relation to the Rights Issue of RPS with Warrants dated 05 September 2024 (taxable in the hand of the holders)

2)  The last date of lodgment : 23 Sep 2026
3)  Date Payable : 30 Sep 2026

Remarks :
In accordance with the Constitution of Sunmow Holding Berhad, the RPS shall entitle the RPS holders to receive a cumulative gross preferential dividend of 4.5% per annum on its issue price, payable semi-annually in arrears.

This final preferential dividend of 1.1342% per RPS is pro-rated for the period covering 01 July 2026 to 30 September 2026, and shall be paid to the RPS holders on the maturity date i.e. 30 September 2026.

RPS holders are advised to refer to the separate announcement duly released on 27 August 2026 on the Notice to RPS holders regarding the full redemption and cancellation of the RPS upon maturity and the final dividend payment, for further details.
