We refer to the announcements dated 21 August 2026 and 24 August 2026 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 28 August 2026, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of up to 4,850,000 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.

The approval by Bursa Securities for the listing and quotation of the Placement Shares is subject to the following conditions:

(i) PRB and TA Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities ("Listing Requirements") pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

(ii) In the event the Proposed Private Placement is not completed before the next annual general meeting, TA Securities is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting for the authority to issue shares pursuant to the Companies Act 2016 before the listing of the Placement Shares;

(iii) Payment of additional listing fee based on the final issue price, if any, together with a copy of the details of the computation of the amount of listing fees payable;

(iv) TA Securities is required to furnish Bursa Securities with details of the placees in accordance with Rule 6.16 of the Listing Requirements as soon as practicable after each tranche of placement and before the listing of the new shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement;

(v) PRB and TA Securities are required to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and

(vi) PRB is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed.
