The Closing Price of RM0.8262 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of AAGB shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than AAGB-C36's Exercise Price of RM2.20, holders of AAGB-C36 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised AAGB-C36 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of AAGB-C36 shall terminate absolutely.
