We refer to the announcements made on 26 June 2026, 6 August 2026 and 14 August 2026. ("Announcement") Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The Court directed the following during the Case Management:-

1. Defendant to file Affidavit in Support of the striking out application on/before 10.9.2026;

2. Plaintiff to file Affidavit in Reply on/before 25.9.2026;

3. Defendant to Affidavit in Reply on/before 9.10.2026;

4. Parties to file their Written Submissions on/before 23.10.2026;

5. Parties to file Reply Submissions, if any, on/before 6.11.2026; and

6. Decision to be delivered by way of e-Review on 23.11.2026.

The Company will make further announcements on any material developments in this matter as and when necessary.
